From the streets of Portsmouth, VA, growing up filled with anger in an unstable environment, to becoming a homeowner by the age of 23 and now Executive Director and CEO, Daisha Radcliffe is a true success story!

 

 Daisha has a heart to give teens and young girls the reassurance, support, and training in real-life skills that she had to learn the hard way. She has a passion for youth who come from unstable homes or are currently placed in foster care, and wants to provide them hope for their future.

 

 A believer in lifting others as she climbs, Daisha is as enthusiastic about her philanthropy work as she is about everything else she does. She took her negative life experiences and turned them into something positive. Daisha founded the I STAND Foundation in 2022. She believes that no matter what tried to keep her down, she found a way to stand and fight for the life she not only desired, but deserved. The scope of mentorship under the I Stand Foundation includes: Personal Development Career & Financial Outreach and “Breaking barriers, Breaking Free, and Breaking Cycles” Training Series that’s geared towards trauma. 

 

 Daisha captivates audiences through her motivational speeches and transformative trainings geared for families, organizations, churches, corporations and campuses using her signature message of “ Breaking barriers, breaking free, and breaking cycles” She has designed a proven method so they take what they have been through, and use it for good and change their legacy.
