Imani Barmore

Imani Barmore is from Portsmouth Virginia and graduated from I.C. Norcom High School top of her class. Going to college she was nominated and selected as Student of the Year for the Criminal Justice Graduate Program at Norfolk State. She is now a two time graduate of Norfolk State holding my Masters Degree in Criminal Justice.

Imani is a serial entrepreneur and own several business such as The One Coaching & Consulting, LLC., which focuses on mental Health, MJ LUXURY VIRGIN HAIR COMPANY , Mani’s by Mani, model and modeling coach. Ms.Barmore is also a QMHP(Qualified Mental Health Professional). She helps breaking generational curses by equipping individuals with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to restructure their mentality allowing them to achieve a more fulfilling and rewarding quality of life.

De’Geon Briggs

De’Geon Briggs is a serial entrepreneur and is an owner of Greewood conglomerate and a Franchiser of Statefarm insurance company which led him to obtain a degree from Strayer University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude (concentration in Finance).

Within 2 years from leaving his 9 – 5 to pursue his purpose, Mr.Briggs grew his agency into a multi-million dollar book of business while ascending to the top 10% of 19,000 agents nationwide. Throughout his sales career he has generated over $100 million in sales. He has a unique gift to attract and acquire new business to organizations utilizing a systematic method.

Danny Hill Jr.

Danny Hill Jr. was raised in Portsmouth, VA, and educated in the Portsmouth Public School System. As a proud Alumnus of I.C. Norcom High School, Mr. Hill attended Old Dominion University, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Human Services in 2019. Mr. Hill is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in school counseling from Liberty University. During and after his undergraduate career, Mr. Hill spent his time educating, mentoring, and implementing programs for at-risk youth in development capacities such as Girl’s Inc., Young Achiever’s Christian Academy, and the Boys and Girls Club. Mr. Hill also returned to his former middle school, Cradock Middle, to serve as a Parent and Family Engagement Liaison and PBIS Coach before accepting his position as Assistant Director of COC’s Talent Search Program. Mr. Hill currently serves as Graduation Coach at Churchland High School, where he enjoys connecting with and encouraging the youth.

Mr. Hill is an advocate for positive youth development and strives to coach them through the “growing pains” of life each day through his work in the community and mentorship relationships that grew from his career. This enthusiasm can be seen through his everyday interactions with the youth and will continue to grow through his continued strides to help them become their best academically, socially, and emotionally.

Saquae Domio

Saquae Domio is a Human Resources Business Partner in Amazon Logistics and has worked for Amazon for over 4 years. Prior to her role at Amazon, Saquae held management roles with Target distribution and Via Transportation; Saquae obtained her bachelors degree in Business Administration from the illustrious Hampton University in 2015.

In addition to her current role, Saquae has held a number of volunteer roles including being the president of the Hampton Roads chapter of Women at Amazon.

Through this role Saquae championed making her site more accessible to its employees and potential candidates in the community with launching an HRT bus line that serves the site. Finally, she helped start a T1 development class at her site which lead to the successful promotion of 30 participants.

Outside of her roles at work and in the community is the role Saquae cherishes most, being a mother. Saquae is the mother of two daughters Jayla and Javonni.
